Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the NAS device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package to our regional warehouse in the EU.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
